How does early access work?
New pieces open to members before everyone else: three days ahead for Linen and Flannel, a full week for Tweed. We email you when they do.
What alterations are included?
Shortening or lengthening a trouser hem, and shortening a sleeve, on pieces you bought from us. Send the piece with the prepaid label from your account and a note of the length you want; it comes back in two to three weeks.
When does the discount start?
From your second month. Delivery and early access start with your first payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account, at any time. Your perks run to the end of the month you have paid for.
